Tender description

The immunisation team require a robust process for tracking a child’s immunisation. Evidence of the child’s immunisation journey must be easily accessible when requested. Currently the team utilise a mix of online consent forms, paper copies and excel spread sheets. This process places a significant administration burden on the service and there are multiple opportunities for human error. The desire is to procure an IT system to replace the current process reducing risk and streamlining administrative requirements.
