Lot 1: LCC Beds. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) requirements included a block of Transitional and Reablement beds payable at the OP High Dependency rate. The cost reflected the multi-purpose usage of the beds. The number of beds being a maximum of 16 beds for LCC depending on availability and costs to be fixed. Lot 2: Health Beds. Health partners including the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS), wished to commission nursing and residential Transitional Care and Reablement beds.
