The North East Combined Authority (NECA) is the accountable body for the North East Local enterprise Partnership (North East LEP). Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) / NECA is seeking to establish a sole-supplier framework in relation to the recruitment of Non-Executive Members and External Advisors to the North East Local Enterprise Partnership Board, Sub-Boards and Advisory Boards, which may be called-off as and when required.
