Fire-alarm system installation work

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a single Economic Operator (Contractor) for the provision of Fire Alarm Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across the PSNI Estate utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract. The Economic Operator will be responsible for the maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with BS5839-1:2013. Current systems include L1 to L5 categories and can incorporate Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA). The Economic Operator will also be responsible for the maintenance of sprinkler systems in accordance with BS EN 12845.
