Tender description

IDA Ireland wishes to engage a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide relevant engineering / environmental consultancy services in respect of the preparation and implementation of remediation of an unauthorised landfill on an area of 2 hectares of land “the Site” at Clonshaugh, Belcamp, Dublin 17. IDA Ireland wishes to engage a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide relevant engineering / environmental consultancy services in respect of the preparation and implementation of remediation of an unauthorised landfill on an area of 2 hectares of land “the Site” at Clonshaugh, Belcamp, Dublin 17. The Site forms a small portion of the IDA landholding located along the southern boundary of the IDA landholding adjacent to the N32. The Site extends to approximately 2,0 hectares, with the waste body covering an area of circa 1,5 hectares. The waste body extends into the soft margin of the N32, which is a strip of land owned by Fingal County Council. The volume of waste present within the strip is not known. This strip of land is to be remediated as part of this programme and for the purposes of this project should be considered to form part of the “Site”. It is understood that the waste body may extend off-site beyond IDA Ireland and Fingal lands; however, this does not form part of the “Site”.
