Tender description
The Greater London Authority (the ‘GLA’ or ‘Contracting Authority’) is seeking to procure a framework agreement with a single supplier. The appointed supplier will establish Energy for Londoners Energy Supply Company (EfLSCo) to supply electricity and gas to Londoners’ homes at fair prices, especially the fuel poor, and to deliver innovative energy services and products. Energy for Londoners may also be utilised by any London Local Authority, the City of London Corporation and Housing Associations for their void housing stock within London. Bidders will need to a supply licenses under the Electricity Act 1989 and Gas Act 1986 for the supply of electricity and gas respectively and have completed Controlled Market Entry before from the project Launch Date Keywords: Fuel Poverty, Energy (Gas and Electricity), Voids Services
