The authority seeks a contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive electrical installation condition report over a 5 years and 2 months period, approximately 20 % of each of the 3 main hospital sites to be tested yearly. The purpose of the condition report is to confirm as far as reasonably practicable, whether or not the electrical installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service. The completed report will identify damage, deterioration, defects and /or other conditions which may give rise to danger. The contract will be broken down into 3 lots and each lot will be evaluated and awarded on an individual basis. Bidders may not necessarily be successfully awarded on all lots of the bid.
