Due to the success of the first pilot, which was a joint project between Building Services, Housing and the Contact Centre using the 4DX model, Fife council has decided to run a second pilot scheme which will be focused on Housing Services and Finance and will aim to improve the collection of rents and council tax. As a whole system, 4DX is designed to deliver sustained behavioural change in working methods to deliver improved outcomes and as such meets the key objective of the council to create effective and high performing teams. Therefore Fife council is looking for a provider that can provide the above requirement for a period of 4 year starting from 15.1.2018.
