Domestic Electrical Testing and Remedial Repairs Works

Tender description

Newlon Housing Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier to carry out remedial electrical inspections to all of Newlon's domestic tenanted properties and to the common areas of blocks of flats over a 5 year period (3 years plus 2 year extension options) and ensure all properties have a current valid certificate with no code 1 or 2 issues. The contract value is an estimate for the full 5 year term. Currently Newlon has 5,500 properties and 670 blocks.The work comprises carrying Electrical Inspections to the electrical systems, and providing a full report EICR report. The works will also cover carrying out all code 1 and 2 electrical faults prior to issuing the client a completed certificate.
