DFID 7152 Strategic Support to the Ministry of the Interior (SSMI) Phase 2 Contract Amendment No 1

Tender description

Contract Amendment No.1 The purpose of this amendment is to (a) provide Technical advisory support to the Minister, First Deputy Minister and Senior Deputy Minister for Security and relevant senior officials on reform and change management principles; (b) build capacity of MoIA senior officials and staff to enable them to work collaboratively in the strategic overview, leadership and management of the change process; (c) provide Technical support to MoIA units tasked by the First Deputy Minister and Senior Deputy Minister for Security to implement concrete change management activities in particular communication, governance and performance management, resourcing and capacity, all of which are areas critical to the effective implementation of the MISP as the driver for the Minister's reform initiative; and (d) provide for an increase in the Financial Limit of £499,634 to facilitate this work.
