Tender description

Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with Damp proofing services. The project is a reactive programme for the treatment of damp at various properties throughout Trivallis stock primarily in Rhondda Cynon Taff. This is a reactive programme for the provision of the following: • Chemical DPC Wall injection and associated works • Floor Renewals due to Fungus/beetle eradication and associated works • Irrigation of walls and associated works • Wall/partition renewals due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works • Kitchen units/cupboards works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works • Damp proof treatment to plasterwork • Plumbing works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works • Mould Treatment and associated works • Tanking and associated works The works will be reactive and will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required services. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these services. Please note that In order to be considered for this project the contractor must be: 1 Property Care Association registered and must provide evidence of this. 2 Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment Qualified and provide evidence of this. Both the above points will be specified within the pre qualification section. If a supplier is unable to satisfy both of the requirements above then the tender bid will not be taken forward to evaluation stage.
