Tender description

The Refrigerated Cargo Terminal (RCT) building is to be a high quality cargo warehouse to support the function of the new cargo terminal as part of the Dover Western Docks Revival project. The building will be constructed to a high quality to ensure the specific operating temperatures are achieved whilst ensuring performance in use with robust construction detailing and low maintenance in use over the life time of the building. Gross internal floor area 8 100 m2 (GIFA) / 8 317 m2 gross external floor area (GEFA) excluding plant room/ forklift truck areas.
