Tender description
CCS Framework Management Consultancy - RM3745. Only selected suppliers will be invited to bid. Bassetlaw District Council is acting as lead buyer for the Consortium, which includes Ashfield District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Broxtowe Borough Council, Gedling Borough Council, Mansfield District Council, Newark and Sherwood District Council and Rushcliffe Borough Council (the Councils). Local authorities reclaim most of the HB that they pay to claimants by submitting subsidy claims to the DWP that are certified annually by each Councils appointed external reporting accountant. The Councils collaborating in this procurement process wish to appoint one external reporting accountant to carry out the Housing Benefit Subsidy Claim Audit including testing and reporting.
