Tender description
Hounslow Borough Council (‘the client’) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant (‘consultant) to carry out a Viability Assessment of the Local Plan review being carried out for the West of Borough and Great West Corridor areas, as well as a review of the current borough CIL Charging Schedule in light of upcoming NPPF CIL regulation revisions and changes to MCIL rates.
