Tender description

Managed Healthcare Facility (Managed Service). Establishment of a multi-specialty Centre of Excellence (CoE) for robotic surgery. Phase 1 (2019), buy-back of 2 existing surgical robots and provision of 2 additional surgical robots positioned at Guy's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital. Phase 2 (2022), provision of a dedicated facility with space across both sites containing R and D and training and education facilities and provision of further surgical robots across each site. Phase 2 (2022), provision of a dedicated facility with space across both sites containing R and D and training and education facilities and provision of further surgical robots across each site under a Managed Healthcare Facility. The Trust has approved a Strategic Outline Case (SoC) to establish a Multi-specialty Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Robotic Surgery. A copy of the SoC is available to potential service providers following receipt of a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
