Tender description

EAC require a number of companies to provide photography, video and drone services to support all of it's communication activities including PR, digital media, website, print, presentations and promotional materials. Photographic assignments that form the basis of this framework include: — media / photocall photography at council events, activities, meetings and promotions, — creative photography for marketing/promotion purposes, online and print that will include location, landscape / cityscape, office, building, frontline service delivery with / without people, fine art, event and tourism style. There is a requirement for short videos of various durations to support campaigns, internal communications, training and online communications, for use on the Council’s website, Intranet and/or social media channels, on media websites, provided to third party websites or used by partner agencies. There is an occasional requirement for short videos of various durations to promote events, outdoor activities and infrastructure and planning developments — for use on the Council’s website, Intranet and/or social media channels.
