South Cambridgeshire District Council - Grass Cutting Works at Closed Churchyards

• SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contract to undertake grass cutting at the following closed churchyards: All Saints, West Wickham Road, Horseheath, Cambridgeshire, CB21 4Q The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, 12 Church St, Great Shelford, Cambridge CB22 5EL St. Mary and All Saints Church, Church St, Willingham, Cambridge CB24 5HS • We are offering a contract to run for a three year period (2018 to 2021 inclusive) and will award payment upon completion of each cut. • These three closed churchyards are the maintenance responsibility of South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) and we require them to be cut according to the following terms: • That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at All Saints, Horseheath. This equates to 3 week intervals for the period 1st April to 31st October in each year. • That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at St. Mary and All Saints Church, Willingham. This equates to 3 week intervals from 1st April to 31st October in each year. • That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Great Shelford. This equates to 3 week intervals from 1st April to 31st October in each year. • That the price of the cuts shall be fixed until the end of 2021. This is a low value contract
