Tender description
Herefordshire Council (HC) are exploring the feasibility of using demand side response to generate financial savings or revenue income from current assets or future investments. Before entering into a formal feasibility stage we are seeking information to allow us to scope the project effectively and establish which companies may be interested in any upcoming procurement exercises.
