SINGLE PARTY FRAMEWORK FOR PROVISION OF CONTRACT CLEANING SERVICES

The Irish National Stud Ltd. propose to engage in a restricted process in order to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Contract Cleaning Services to The Irish National Stud Ltd. at the farm in Tully, Kildare, Co. Kildare. While the tender document issued to successful candidates will contain full detail regarding the precise services required, the following is provided as an outline of the service needs of The Irish National Stud Ltd. The Irish National Stud Ltd. is located at Tully, Kildare, Co. Kildare and incorporates a Visitors Centre, Student Quarters, Stud Office, Restaurant, Playground Building, and numerous farm buildings and remote offices located on the 893-acre farm, with 55 employees on site five days a week, and a skeleton staff working weekends. Cleaning requirements includes janitorial services, canteen and washroom facilities and general office cleaning of the building to include the open areas, board/meeting rooms, Directors office space, etc Tenderers will be asked to propose a solution to meet The Irish National Stud Ltd.’s requirements.
