Tender description

HRI & Subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced provider for the supply for hire of plant and generators. Please note that HRI & Subsidiaries provide no guarantee to any future expenditure. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies from a particular economic operator. The overall spend on plant and generator hire over the past 3 years has been approximately €45,000 ex VAT. This is purely informational and constitutes no guarantee regarding the volume of work that will be awarded to the successful tenderer. It is anticipated that an initial service level agreement of two years’ duration will be entered into with the successful tenderer for the hire of plant and generators to Horse Racing Ireland and HRI Racecourses Ltd. The successful tenderer in line with the published award criteria is Holden Plant Rentals Ltd, Mullinavat, Co Kilkenny.
