The Council Housing Service aims to assist with the reduction of tenant’s daily cost of living through the introduction of a tenant discount scheme. The aim of this procedure is to find a Provider who will deliver and manage a discount scheme which will include easy to access discounts on a range of everyday goods and services, with the aim of enabling tenants to reduce their daily living costs.
