Tender description

Painting and Decorating We are seeking one experienced contractor to carry out Painting & Decorating services in eight Anchor Care Homes. We anticipate this will be delivered through direct labour. Scope The work will take place in the following areas within the Care Homes: ground and upper floor corridors, staircases, the manager’s office, some doors, communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, hairdressers, toilets and shower rooms. Locations Care Homes are located within the following 7 regions: Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, the West Midlands, Cheshire and Staffordshire. Each of the regions contains one Care Home apart from West Yorkshire which has two Care Homes. Tender Award and Mobilisation June/July 2018 - Tender Activity August 2018 - Tender Review and Award September 2018 - Contractor Mobilisation March 2019 - Completion Date
