Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") is carrying out a Soft market test and Request for information exercise for the development of an ECO funding framework to maximize the potential of Flexible eligibility across Leicestershire County. This will enable the existing Warm homes service to refer residents to access appropriate subsidised energy efficiency measures. In addition to this the Council is also considering using a provider for a round 3 joint bid and project delivery of the National grid affordable warmth solutions’ warm homes fund. The Council is seeking the market’s views on the development of a model of services, the capacity of the market to supply these services, and the level of interest in any eventual procurement activity. This notice is for the purpose of conducting a soft market testing exercise and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by the Council to undertake any procurement exercise. This is not a call for competition. Interested parties are invited to complete a short questionnaire which is available to download from www.eastmidstenders.org Completed questionnaires should be returned electronically via www.eastmidstenders.org by 12:00 noon on 21.5.2018.
