PROVISION OF ANTI - DOPING LEGAL ADVICE SERVICES

Scope of Requirements Sport Ireland’s legal advice requirements include, but are not limited to the following: Results Management • Administrative review of doping control paperwork and procedures for alleged anti-doping rule violations, preparation of notification of alleged anti-doping rule violations to the relevant parties. • Advise and assist with preparation for anti-doping hearings including meetings/discussions with possible witnesses and lab/scientific/medical experts, developing and writing submissions to the Irish Sport Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel (ISADDP). • Prosecute the alleged anti-doping rule violations at anti-doping hearings. • Advise and assist in developing processes around non-analytical anti-doping rule violations (including blood profiles, steroid profiles and intelligence and investigation cases).
