Provision of a Review of the Direct Labour Organisation Structure and Operations

Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') requires a suitably experienced and skilled organisation to conduct a review and report on the Direct Labour Organisation (‘DLO’) and its support services in order to ascertain its efficiency and report on improved ways of working. This is to include but not be exclusively limited to, the efficiency of the current organisation, management structure and division of responsibilities for all trades, including gas servicing, call handling, property administration and scheduling. Propose any changes to the structure that would improve cost, quality and service objectives. Identify areas of good practice as well as those that provide opportunities for development.
