Tender description
There is a drive for all local authorities to be part of a Regional Adoption Agency (RAA), in order to accelerate the pace of change to ensure those children, for whom adoption is the right path, are given the best chance of finding a loving, forever family as quickly as possible. A new RAA is to be established covering the Lancashire County Council (LCC) and Blackpool Council areas, with LCC as the host organisation. To be delivered from May 2018 for an initial duration of 12 months with the option to extend up to a further 3 months.
