Tender description

NHS England has asked HQIP to commission a National Child Mortality Database (NCMD). The aim of the NCMD programme is to establish a national child mortality database which will collect a minimum dataset arising from the reviews of all child deaths in England; and a small team to quality assure, scrutinise and analyse the data derived from the database and provide timely and useful outputs to relevant stakeholders, to facilitate learning and actions to reduce preventable child mortality.
