Microsoft Licensing

Tender description

The Authority has just completed a merger with East Thames Ltd and a requirement has arisen to renew Microsoft Licencing. Both companies had their own Microsoft Agreements and are now coterminous (30 April 2018). A programme of work has been initiated seeking to invest in new technology and new ways of working. This includes the rollout of Windows 10, exploit Office 365 capabilities and further development of MS Dynamics to support a Customer centric approach to service delivery. The Authority is extensively working with Microsoft on this programme of work including the engagement of Fast Track and it has been confirmed that the Authority do qualify under the CTA Framework. The Authority is seeking the provision of a Microsoft Licensing as detailed in detailed in Appendix B and E of the procurement documentation for an initial Contract period of three (3) years from 1st May 2018 to 30th April 2021 with an option to extend for a further one (1) year. All quotations are to be sourced from Lot 2 - Software under the CCS Technology Products 2 framework agreement (RM3733).
