MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT - PATHWAY 3 SERVICES (In-reach Therapy)

Midlands & Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (ML CSU) on behalf of the commissioners, Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG, would like to invite providers to attend a 'Market Engagement Event' which will inform the market of the commissioner's intentions to re-procure Pathway 3 Services in Leicestershire County and Leicester City. The aim of all the services is to deliver Pathway 3 bed based step down services to provide assessment and reablement services. The Therapy service will be aligned to and work in partnership with the care homes providing care support as part of the overall assessment and reablement programme. The service is to be provided in a small number of care home locations across the 3 CCG areas, and will accept referrals for people who no longer need to be in a hospital environment but are not yet able to return straight home, even with support. The Market Engagement Event, it is antecipated, will take place in the morning on 14th May 2018 in Woodgate, Loughborough, venue to be confirmed later next week. Please note that there was a previous notice and referred to an earlier date but the event on that date had to be cancelled so this is the second notice for the rescheduled date for the event. The Market Engagement Event will provide: • an overview of the service(s) to be provided • details of the anticipated contract(s) type, length and particular conditions • an overview of the procurement process(es) and the anticipated timeline • an opportunity for you to ask questions and feedback on the presentations Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation.
