Managed Print Services (Tactical)

Tender description

3.1 This Tender is for Managed Print Services (MPS) and specifically for: The provision of MPS at locations referenced in Appendix G2 of the documentation: - Provision (on a leased basis) of appropriately sized Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's) for the volumes indicated in Section D. - Provision of Enterprise wide secure / pull printing on all MFD's. - Implementation and support services to enable MPS on all MFD's to be in place by 1st June 2018. - MPS contract term to be twelve (12) months between 1st June 2018 - 31st May 2019. 3.2 The current contracted solution at locations referenced in Appendix G2 is end of life at the end of May 2018 and therefore L&Q have taken the opportunity to approach the market for a tactical solution for a single year, during which further procurement activity will be conducted to secure a strategic solution for the entire L&Q estate.
