This Framework qualifies Contractors to bid on a number of opportunities to provide specialised broadband to areas which either do not have access or are below the current standard of superfast broadband of 10 mb/s which is the UK Government Universal Service Obligation and not currently covered by the county run Suffolk Better Broadband Project.
