HM Land Registry Hull Heating and Boiler Replacement 2017

Tender description

This project comprises of various heating works as follows, at Earle House, Colonial Street, Hull, HU2 8JN on behalf of HM Land Registry. This refurbishment will be achieved through a number of alteration works that comprise of the following: • Replacement of the Boiler Room installation • Replacement of Plantroom Lighting and Wiring • Strip out of existing and installation of new BMS • Provision of additional zonal controls to enable isolation of floors on heating circuits • Provision of full replacement of the heating radiators and distribution pipework throughout the building. • Full redecoration of the inside of the building including roof top plantroom. • Provision of building insulation to the under-side of the 1st floor slab.
