Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. Our intention is for Linden Farm to deliver best practice in supported living for adults with complex autism who need more than average outdoor space, and who may also have behaviour support needs. The people identified for the scheme are likely to have learning disabilities, although for some people their difficulty with communication makes this unclear. The scheme offers a bespoke environment for individuals who would otherwise be likely to require out of County services, with Surrey County Council as Landlord. The service will be person-centred, and as such, the provider will work with each individual to understand their needs and strengths, preferences and aspirations, and work with them and the important people in their life to develop immediate and long-term plans. Our intention is for Linden Farm to deliver best practice in supported living for adults with complex autism and/or learning disabilities, who need more than average outdoor space, and who may also have behaviour support needs. We are looking for person-centred service and a provider that will be working with each individual to understand their needs, aspiration and to develop long-term plans.
