Tender description

This service is part of Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Department’s range of services which support children and young people with disabilities. Care support is offered as a specialist service from social care. The children and young people requiring care support will include those with severe disabilities such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, behaviour that challenges and complex health needs. The Council aims to create an “open framework” arrangement with an initial duration of two years with the option to extend by two 12 month periods (a potential total duration of four years). The initial Framework will be set up for a July 2018 start. During the duration of the Open Framework, new providers of Care Support can apply to join at any time.
