Tender description

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) last year and early 2018 carried out an informal market engagement with a proposed model for an Integrated Child Psychology Service. The feedback received suggested that this proposal was not attractive to the market generally and therefore WSCC has since revised the proposal and also the timing for implementation. The outline proposal is a significant change to the previous specification sent out to potential providers in the original marketing engagement activity. Previously West Sussex County Council sought to manage the service in-house whereas this specification requires the provider to manage the services directly via a service specification and contract. We are therefore inviting interested parties to a market engagement event on 4.6.2018 to discuss the revised proposal.
