Tender description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has procured appropriate facilities for the treatment / processing of'green' waste. This waste stream does not include food waste, cardboard or street sweepings. This material has been collected separately by the Council or its' agents at the household waste recyclingcentres, via fortnightly household garden waste bin collections and other adhoc means (eg Christmas tree recycling collections).
