Tender description

Flooring We are seeking one experienced contractor to carry out Floor fitting/ installation in six Anchor Care Homes. We anticipate this will be delivered through direct labour. Scope The work will take place in communal areas of the Care Homes. These areas include barrier bat, reception, ground and upper floor corridors, dining room, lounge and staircases. Locations Care Homes are located within the following five regions: Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and the West Midlands. Each of the regions contains one Care Home apart from West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester which each contain to Anchor Care Homes. Tender Award and Mobilisation June/July 2018 - Tender Activity August 2018 - Tender Review and Award September 2018 - Contractor Mobilisation March 2019 - Completion Date
