Expression of Interest for the provision of User Interface, User Experience and Graphical Design Services for Web and Digital Services

Tender description

Dublin City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified candidates with a view to establishing a Single Party Framework Agreement for 2 years, with an option to extend by two 1 year periods up to a maximum of four years in total, for the provision User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) and Graphic Design Services (for Web and Digital Services). This framework agreement will be used to procure services for the continuing development of Dublin City Council’s (DCC) primary website, www.dublincity.ie and other DCC websites as required. Dublin City Council has begun the process of optimising its main digital channel. We require access to a number of key skill sets in order to continue this process. These include (but are not limited to) the following: • User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). • Content Creation and Editing (templates and guidelines) • Graphic Design • UX/UI Consultancy for service departments as required. The specification of requirements can be described in two separate parts. • Implement Review Findings (see 3.1.1 below) • Ongoing Support and Development for the corporate website and for other digital projects For further information, please see attached documentation.
