Tender description

East Sussex County Council is undertaking a procurement to identify providers for Standards and Learning Effectiveness Service (SLES) and establish a Dynamic Purchasing System. Local Authorities have three key statutory roles in relation to education in their local area: 1. Promoting educational excellence for all; 2. fair access to services; 3. supporting vulnerable children and young people The DPS will commence on 1.10.2018 for an initial period of 4 years, this is known as the period of validity. Prior to the end of this period of validity the Council will review the performance of the DPS and market conditions and may extend the length of the DPS by a further period. Category 1: Delivering improvements in schools, colleges and settings through pedagogy. The DPS will commence on 1.10.2018 for an initial period of 4 years, this is known as the period of validity. Category 2: Delivering improvements in provision and promoting participation in education. Category 3: Developing school improvement services in East Sussex. The DPS will commence on 1.10.2018 for an initial period of 4 years, this is known as the period of validity.
