Please note this is a notice to publicise the result of a procurement exercise. This is not a live opportunity. The V&A is seeking a supplier to provide a new Storage area network ("SAN") solution to support the museum's sites over the next 5 years. The new SAN should take full advantage of developments in SAN technology as well as cheaper storage costs. Following the close of the tender deadline and a review of the tenders received, the V&A has decided not to proceed with this procurement process. No award of contract will be made. The primary reason for this is that we did not get enough bids that met our requirements. The next steps for the V&A to update the specification and publish a new contract notice to begin a new procurement process.
