Contract for the Delivery of Gas / Multi Fuel Consultancy and Quality Assurance Audits

Tender description

The Bernicia Group are renewing their current contract for the delivery of gas / multi fuel consultancy and quality assurance audits. The contract will be for 36 months, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. It will be to cover the requirements of the management and safety auditing of the gas appliances for Bernicia in general needs residential` accommodation, supported housing, new build, investment works and offices.The aim is to provide Bernicia with an accurate assessment of the quality of the gas work undertaken by their gas contractors and admin personnel. The audits will be carried out in a manner that is in accordance with good practice in the mechanical service and gas industry and shall be in accordance with all manufacturers’ recommendations. The audit inspectors / engineers MUST hold current gas safe qualification accreditation in domestic and commercial gas (mandatory requirement).
