Tender description
Copeland Borough Council requires to appoint a multi-disciplinary consultant team with a proven track record of public realm design and delivery to develop a high quality and distinctive public realm scheme for 4 towns within the borough of Copeland; Whitehaven, Cleator Moor, Egremont and Millom. Professional services will be required from urban design and landscape architects with, if necessary, appropriate technical support from civil engineers and cost consultants.
