Community Ophthalmology on behalf of NHS Croydon CCG

Tender description

NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group has awarded an interim contract with Community Ophthalmology provider: Complete Ophthalmic Services CIC. This provision, of a time-limited service, is to deliver Ophthalmology treatments in community settings for Croydon patients. The providers of this service will ensure that patients receive appropriate and timely treatment for the eye conditions and work with GPs and the CCG to ensure patients receive appropriate and continued care prior and after their treatments. During the next 11 months, the CCG will be designing and transforming Ophthalmology services in Croydon. This contract extension will provide an interim service and ensure continuation of service for patients whilst the CCG undertakes several activities to design ophthalmology services.
