Support services for adults with level one mental health problems living in Angus. A person centred support service providing emotional support to service users, helping them to keep well, to participate in new social, recreational and / or leisure activities and helping them to reconnect and / or develop new connections with people outside of the mental health system. Raising awareness of mental health and contributing to reducing the stigma associated with mental health. A support service for users to learn new skills and develop personally and professionally, and helping them to recognise and meet their full potential.
