Tender description

Dublin City Council is seeking tenders from competent catering operators for the operation of the tearoom in Harold’s Cross Park, on a commercial concession licence basis. It is proposed to award the commercial concession for four years, with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, of being extended for a further two periods of one year each (maximum six years in total). The concessionaire shall have an exclusive right to provide the service and will be responsible for the HSE registration, fire safety, pest control, licence, brand, franchise fees (if any).
