Tender description

A cleaning service to the shared areas of the properties that we manage. This portfolio ranges from general needs high rise flats, to sheltered common room and extra care facilities. The cleaning tender has been split into 3 lots in order to ensure that the best possible service in terms of quality and price can be delivered across the portfolio. Cleaning of the shared areas in blocks of flats, approximately 215 blocks serving approximately 1860 flats. Cleaning of shared areas, offices and shared facilities at Sheltered Housing schemes, approximately 27 sites. Extra care schemes and Canford Heath Road. Sheltered and extra care housing guest bedrooms.
