CATERING PROVISION WITHIN WARRINGTON PARKS AND OPEN SPACES

Tender description

The Council wishes to explore options and enter into a long term solution in relation to its catering offer within our parks and open spaces. There will be three procurement lots which will include the provision of catering within: • Walton Hall for events such as weddings, civil ceremonies, christenings and conferences. The hall currently offers provision for all such events and has varied menu choices available, Over 200 events were held at Walton Hall in 16/17 • The Heritage Cate located within the Walton Estate open daily, the café currently serves a variety of hot and cold food options • Bank Park Pavilion. Bank Park is a prime location within Warrington Town Centre and offers significant opportunities given its location. The Council wishes to have the most cost effective solution and is prepared to be flexible in its commercial and service approach. We are willing to listen to potential bidders ideas for all sites and the opportunities for investment and development within them. Keywords: Catering
