Tender description

The university wishes to appoint a firm to audit the university’s annual accounts in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice accounting for further and higher education (SORP), applicable accounting standards, Higher Education Funding Council for Wales’ (HEFCW) memorandum of assurance and accountability, and HEFCW’s accounts direction. The university wishes to appoint a firm to audit the university's annual accounts and also audit the university's wholly-owned subsidiaries. The university will also require the firm to offer a wide-range of non-audit services including direct and indirect taxation, risk management, and corporate finance.
