Tender description

The Framework is split into the following Category Lots: Workstream 1: Domestic asbestos consultants. Workstream 2: Commercial asbestos consultants. There is also a separate CN for Asbestos Removals (Workstreams 3 and 4 for Domestic/Commercial contractors) available on the same tender. In order to ensure this opportunity is available to SME's, the framework will be divided into NUTS Regional Lots: Highlands and Islands, North Eastern Scotland, Southern Scotland, West Central Scotland and Eastern Scotland. Workstreams and Regions operate independently of one another. Tenderers may apply for one or more one workstream and regions. SPA Clients have diverse property portfolio with different volumes of asbestos removal and remediation services required, due to day-to-day maintenance and repairs to large-scale planned replacement projects. COMMERCIAL and MUNICIPAL properties the require the following tasks: — Independent Consultancy Service, — Asset Management Plans, — Management Survey, — Asbestos Refurbishment Survey, — Void Property Refurbishment Survey, — Four Stage Clearance and Air Test. All surveys to cover all aspects/areas of the fabric of the building including and the services contained therein. Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys undertaken as directed by HSG264. Surveys Reports undertaken as directed by HSG264. Bulk Sampling undertaken as directed by HSG248. Analytical Work undertaken as directed by HSG268.
