Tender description

In August 2017, Hackney Council submitted a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund’s Parks for People programme to fund the Abney Park Restoration Project. In December 2017, the HLF awarded the Abney Park Restoration Project a first round pass. Hackney Council now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the Abney Park Restoration Project. The deliverables are: — Costed designs developed to RIBA Work Stage 3. — A Business Plan, — An Activity Plan, — A Fundraising Strategy with fundraising targets, — A Management and Maintenance Plan, — A successful planning application, — A Consultation and Engagement Strategy, — To prepare and submit an HLF Stage 2 application, — An updated Conservation Plan.
